The interview was organized. The interview for the Account Executive position contained three phases: The first phase was a phone screening, which took fifteen minutes. The second interview was an in-person interview with the recruiter, which took 30 minutes. The third interview was a job shadow, and then with management.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.
