The interview process is a three step process. First is a 15min phone interview with the requiter. The second interview is a face to face with the requiter. That takes about an hour, it was a pretty standard interview. The third interview takes up to almost two hours. You'll shadow with two people, it gives you and idea of what the job entails. Then you'll meet with the manager, This interview was a lot more tough. They ask some pretty tough questions and really put some pressure on you. All in all it took up to four weeks to complete the process. The recruiter had really good communication, and about two days later I had my offer letter.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.

First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
