I had a virtual interview and felt that I was a 80% to 85% match for the job. I was told HR was going to reach out to me for the next steps. 1.5 week went by and no word from the company and I saw that they reopened the listing. I followed up and was told that they are still going through some candidates. Another 1.5 week went by and followed up again, but this time to be told that they already picked someone, I had to follow up twice just to know where I stand.
