You will be called for a desk interview and given a Aptitude and Language test , and after that simple technical interview will be done . Sometimes this process may take a week or a day . In my case the hiring to be done on urgent basis , so i was done in one day only , but i have seen people came for a interview at 10AM and sits till 5PM to get interviewed , because HR and Managers doesn't coordinate ,and also you not asked for even water by somebody and nobody will tell you that thi is lunch time , you may go and come back . in last few months it was rectified by HR team
