I am a highly qualified candidate with 5+ years experience as a BDM in both Ed and Tech. This position has been posted-deleted-reposted on LinkedIn repeatedly for roughly 9 months. I interviewed in late October after a round of post-delete. I received significant positive feedback throughout with responses like "That is absolutely right," and "That is our belief/methodology, too", throughout the experience. I was praised for thoughtful questions on my end. I was told they wanted to hire ASAP so the individual could join a team gathering in December. I was no-feedback passed on and the company has since deleted and reposted the position. It is January 2025, 1 month after their desired team retreat. I do not think this company has any idea what they are looking for or they are inflating their growth/value with the appearance of "ever growing/ever hiring."
