Went for an interview for a 2IC role. Got shrouded with the same questions by 2 different people within 2 interviews. It was bit intense for a second interview. The first interview went extremely well and the leader felt like I would be a good fit for the team. After leaving I had a chat with him and he was nice. The second interview felt as if we had someone come down on the both of us and he did not trust the decision of the leader.
