A recorded video interview was done. Two out of a list of questions were answered. No in-person or audio interviews were done. There was also a google form to be completed and judged by the hiring managers.

Entrevista
The interview process appears to be very generic and even easy, involving just 5-10 questions or so. However, you might get the impression that the decision is already made based on completely different factors, such as demographics, your connections within the school, and affiliation with the political stance of the university. It depends on what they can find out about you. To pass the interview, you need to be somehow connected with someone there, unless you are very lucky and it's a basic entry-level position, and you belong to the demographic that they have quotas to increase.

The interview mostly consisted of behavioural questions. Some examples, how do you prioritize projects under pressure? Explain a time when you took the initiative on a project. Are you better at working with a team or working on your own?
