I'm not sure if my interview was special, but mine was for the most part all done on the phone. It was just a few questions about what I specialize in and if I was receiving EI or not. Other co-workers have said that the interviews there are soft questions and then technical questions but only 3 of them or so. They said they were not particularly hard.
