Did a phone interview first and was asked standard interview questions and was asked if I was ok with standard work practices that they had. I then went on to a what was supposed to be 4 panel interview but due to the timing of mine it was only a two panel interview. They took turns asking me work situation questions, as well as how I seen myself as an employee and work habits and scenarios from previous jobs. I got a call the next day with a job offer.
