      Entrevista para Senior Program Manager

Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Torani (San Leandro, CA) en jun 2024

      Entrevista

TLDR: Ghosted by everyone involved in the recruiting/interviewing/hiring process after grueling in person marathon interview where they were asking questions for a role I didn't apply for. In-person interview on 6/12/24 from 830am - 2:00pm with a total of 7 people, and an additional zoom interview with an additional person the following day (6/13) they forgot to schedule on 6/12. Important to note: there was no scheduled break for lunch between 8:30am - 2:00pm, only two 15 minutes between six different meetings. The icing on the cake comes when someone begins to ask me questions about a role I didn't apply for and didnt respond to any of the questions i had prepared for the interview specifically for the role, instead opting to continue to talk about responsibilities for a chief of staff role that I didn't apply for. The following day I had the final interview with the the last person they didn't schedule me with in person, I bring up the different role issue and i am repeatedly reassured that they will get back to me by "end of day" on 6/14/2024. I followed up with her them week of 6/17, no response. Followed up again the week of 6/24, no response. We're in the 2nd week of July, and I'm posting this so people are aware of the unprofessionalism and lack of organization going on here. Beware of wasting your time with this lazy organization who waxes poetic about caring for people but don't have the courtesy to communicate with their candidates. Additional edit: take a look at the other reviews on here for other roles at this company - seems like it's standard operating procedure to ghost and ignore candidates after interviews. I am not the only candidate this has happened to. Unbelievable lol 7/11/24 update: they left me a voicemail saying the recruiter sent me an update on 6/26. Spoiler alert: this is a lie, I received nothing and yes I checked my spam folder every day. Pathetic.
