It was not bad, but no real structure to the process. I got the position but the pay was not industry standard for today. I would recommend for beginners in the industry.

straight forward, had a test similar to RCHA which included DBA stuff, scripting (or coding in general). Provisioning servers, deployment of software/patches - asked question about culture. What to do with a difficult customer/colleague.

The interview process was very interesting. I landed the interview after I met with the company's hiring manager at an event at my University. After submitting my information for a systems engineer I was contacted for an interview the following week. The interview was worked around my schedule, which was great for my personal life and time management. The interview consisted of a 10 minute professional presentation followed by two 30 minute interviews. The first was focused on my work experience related to the job, and the second was more about behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when..."). The more detailed you are the better the interview goes. It all takes about an hour and 45 minutes. It goes by quickly if you are engaged and prepared. Have questions for them as well. Also for your presentation, do something that connects to the company and/or the position. You should hear feedback from the interview the following day if not that same day (your situation could be different). So it's a quick turnaround, and a great experience especially if you are right out of college. They are looking for young bright candidates to bring into the company.
