This company is a scam. There's a screening call, where the interviewer won't tell you how many people work at the company, how many devs they have, how many projects are going, or what kind of work you can expect. Then there's a take home assessment, then a live assessment where the "technical interviewer" informs you that everything said during the interview is confidential, and they don't want you to explain what you're doing, where you screen-share and they record it, and they don't really have any technical questions about your background or the assessment. Then they tell you that there is another take-home project that will take between 20 and 25 HOURS, and they want to schedule the next interview within 7 days. They want you to build and deploy something, then have you "interview" with somebody acting as "the client". At which point, you may be asked to make modifications to the take-home assignment. It was at this point that I withdrew my application. I don't know exactly what the scam is, but there is nothing about this that makes me think there is a real opportunity here. Cagey interviewers, weird requests, and bizarre technical assessments. I'm good, thanks.
