The people were nice enough, but they were disorganized, uncoordinated, and a bit unprofessional. The project they require people to do was way too long and not particularly meaningful. If working there is anything like the interview experience, I wouldn't recommend it

Received LinkedIn inbox message to have a chat. The guy started asking questions directly and didn't introduce company, title he is interviewing for, any benefits etc.
It is possible that candidate does not want to continue because of any particular reasons.
So the interview started and I answered everything I was doing, experience, challenges etc. It is been 3 weeks so far and he never came back to me.
I believe candidate should know if the decision was not to proceed at the moment. Still haven't heard after sending follow up messages.

Send resume and then wait to be contacted by hiring professional. Then you will schedule a virtual meeting , that led to another virtual meeting where we discussed more about schedule and how familiar I was with making reservations for myself and others.
