I have completed the technical tasks. They were on codility and their problems are literally everywhere I saw them as I was studying for the interview and they accused me of cheating. Which is okay if you think somebody is cheating you can always decline but they invited me for a technical call, I passed that and then scheduled another meeting after that one they said our assistant thinks it is extremely similar to one of the solutions on internet. They literally wasted hours of my time and instead of writing an email why they declined they scheduled a second interview and almost insulted. I was not even cheating they are asking literally the most common type of questions on the internet. Their treatment for candidates is awful and their expectations are usually not logical they expect an out of box solution to already solved problems which is straight stupid.
Tech screening and then tech interview, leetcode style questions. Then there was a take home project.. not in-person. all done remotely and online. Good interviewers, helpful, easy process and good communication
I applied to Toptal and I'm having an interview days later. What can I prepare for now? I wanna get some details or tips from you. Please help me with your toptal screening interview experience.

What was the last project you have worked on and what did you do in that project?
4 step interview. small hr call , then technical interview with 3 easy-medium problems. third step was project and after that another call with hr. overall not hard to pass
