Entrevista
The interview process is very long and difficult for a freelancer UX designer at Toptal. It takes months to be able to reapply if you fail once. If you fail more than once it will take more than a year to reapply.

Entrevista
1) initial interview to check credentials
2) "senior" designers review portfolio
3) interview with designer
4) closing interview
You were supposed to submit 6 items of your work, I was told I was declined to go further because there were not 6 items in my submission. I submitted 13 items. If they can't do math then why would you want to work as a designer here anyways.

After applying online, you have a short meeting with HR. Then you get 7 days to submit your portfolio. After submitting you get your answer fast. Unfortunately, my portfolio wasn't good enough, but you get decent feedback and you are encouraged to apply again after 6 months.
