first interview was questions about experience and skills and also examining your language proficiency . second interview was problem solving on codility that consist of three problem to solve in 90 mins.

where did you work before, what projects you did, what is your area of expertise
The hiring process includes tests and interviews. Once accepted, you still have to apply to freelance gigs independently. The issue is that sometimes these gigs get canceled by the clients and it's a time waister. However lots of opportunities seem legit

The process was fairly long but they were up front with the the expectations of it. You can get more info on all the stages on their site. That's the gist of it. Final project is quite time consuming

Fluent English speaking interviewer who is very friendly and bubbly, reply questions clear and promptly. But sadly would require min 2 years work experience to proceed to next interview round.
