The interview consists of a timed Codility test, a live coding interview and a test project (a TODO-style CRUD app). The Codility test was pretty simple, it tests for some basic coding skills, no knowledge of esoteric algorithms is required. Be prepared to explain your solution during the next stage of interviews. During the live coding focus on solving the problem any way possible, they don't care about your thought process and you'll fail if you don't solve the problem in time. Be prepared to spend a few days on a test project, make sure you fulfil all project requirements and communicate as much as possible asking questions during the process. They test how you'd work on a real-life project and you communication skills. Be prepared to have a tough conversation about desired rate, they'll try to low-ball you.
