I was sought after by a recruiter. The recruiter corresponded between myself and the company which made things easier than going through the process myself. In my first interview, I was given a couple tests which took a total of around 2-3 hours on location. After my first interview, I was called back by the recruiter for a 2nd within the beginning of the next week. It made things slightly difficult on my current work schedule because it looked fishy, but the 2nd interview was the point where I was "decided" on. From there, the recruiter took control of the situation, and I had my salary, other paperwork, and start date figured out and ready to go.

I had four different interviews- Didn't get the first position, but was interviewed for another department to my liking and surprise. Interview process was great, received great feedback- but I'm also an older applicant- so it wasn't a right fit. Recruiter was super nice- upper management were all very upbeat. Super young employees seemed arrogant and full of themselves.
