Was given a online test , and i was told i got selected too . Later no response from hr .Unprofessional approach . HR people like to play with job seekers feeling , let them walk in our shoes for sometime and see the pain. May god help you.

Entrevista
Round one: Task based Test of about 15 seconds Animation to be done.
Round two: Chroma and cc was to be done on a video provided by them, including animation.
Round three: Interview. Where, statements were made to the point. Fair enough.
But somehow felt as if though they're not in NEED for people regarding the same post. Just trying to experiment with different candidates because as said earlier, they already have a strong team of seven experienced video editors and three motion graphics artist. Unless an untill they're trying expand the team. It would be great if they would turn down applicants during their first round itself, or maybe even second, or just by looking at their CV. Because it gives false hopes to many applicants. You don't want to make your applicants unhappy. Do you? Nevertheless. Wish them luck for all their future endeavours.
