The interview process was kinda fun but unprofessional/nontraditional. They explained that that's what makes them different. There were 50 plus job seekers at this hiring event. We were warmly greeted and checked in issued a name tag each with a different color dot, 4 different colors. They introduced them selves showed a short video and explained a little about the company. There were 5 different areas and a staff member with a presentation board there to explain the job details and one even explaining the benefits. We were then split in to 4 different groups based off our dots on our name tag. Then we were doing team building exercises and getting to know each other in our respected group by answering a random question the wheel they had spun landed on. While we were doing that 5 people were pulled out at a time and went through a speed dating like interview process with 2-3 managers who had a team member with them. Each manager we had 2-3 minutes with. Once they interview everyone it was over and before leaving they explained they are very picky who they hire but they would call each and everyone of us to let us know if we were selected to be hired or if they did not choose us."
