Entrevista
The interview process is nothing like any other interview I've been to. You start out by dancing in a big group - if you don't dance, you probably won't get the job. After dancing you get split up into groups where you have to either go play games/golf and socialize for a while, or you have to develop a plan for an event with an unlimited budget and you're encouraged to be very creative. When you finally get to the "interview" portion, it's about a two minute meeting with a manager and they'll ask you basic questions about your availability and why you think you'd be a good fit. After that brief meeting, you walk over to a panel of 5-6 employees for the "x-factor" portion. You're given 90 seconds to express yourself however you'd like - either talk about yourself or display some sort of talent. The entire process is 4-5 hours long.

Entrevista
Different from what I was expecting to say the least. When you get to the interview process you are split up into groups, then you dance..and dance! You play games, you are asked out loud random questions about your self.There was not one question regarding ANY experience with anything you may or may have done!

Standing in front of 3 people in 90 seconds give them a lasting impression, they take pictures of you ( so they remember what you look like ).

To be honest it was a little random to come in an have everyone dancing around to some music that was playing, I understand that the point is to keep the energy up and see how outgoing you are but it felt kind of out of place.

Entrevista
Very fun and quick. Don't be shy or hold back. People are always watching you so don't be on your phone or be anti social. Be sure to talk to some of the other workers that are around as they all have comment sheets during the process. Just be yourself because that's what they want
