Very thorough met with all levels of the department which was nice seeing multiple views of the company. Fantastic management who was really easy to talk too. They made me feel welcome and comfortable.

The interview process involved one phone interview with human resources and one Skype interview with the hiring manager. Questions were mostly behavioral and dry. The process appeared to be going well, I was asked after the Skype interview to take two online tests including a personality and excel assessment within 48 hours which is generally a good indication and at the very least it can be considered a third step in the process. At the same time I noticed all postings were removed for the position and assumed it had been filled, but I never heard a word from human resources or the hiring manager again. It has been two months and I've very politely followed up twice and still have not received any response. In hind sight I am very happy an offer was never extended, communication appears to be an issue here. The whole team is impolite and unprofessional.
