The first round interview was a preliminary interview so it was very quick like a question and answer session. Managing director was to the point and talked about the position and company, asked my hobbies and interests. Since I was new to sales and marketing, it helped that he explained the training process. He explained opportunities to move up into leadership position, which I like a lot.
