The Interview process was quick and comfortable. Management was great in both asking questions that would help to ensure that I was a good fit for the company as well as leaving open time for me to ask questions that ensured that the company would be a good fit for me as well.

I was given the chance to shadow the workplace for a few days before getting to sit down for an interview. This was huge for me as they wanted me to get an inside look at the day to day tasks of their employees and to decide for myself if this career choice was for me. I got to meet with so many licensed LO's who gave me the good and bad of the industry and explained why Top Flite was so different compared to other mortgage companies. The integrity they have when helping people with their home loans was very apparent. It was a feeling I could connect with and see myself doing in the future.
