The interview itself was easy. There is a skill-screening test through Skype (which is weird but ok). After you pass that test, there's a 1:1 interview in their office and then a 2:1 Skype interview with staff from Korea. The office was clean and professional-looking. I was told to wait for a week for the results but they did not answer. That is such an unprofessional move. Just tell the applicant about the negative news instead of leaving them hanging.

The interview process is kind of lax but with a semblance of formality. The questions are what you would expect from a typical job interview. Some are meant to gauge your personality and work ethic, so be on the lookout for those.
