Started to hiring process and within 3 days I had both the 1st and 2nd interview and the job offer.
The 1st interview is a phone interview where they learn more about you and you learn more about the job.
The 2nd interview is an in person interview where you go into the branch and speak with the managers of the department.

It was amazing everyone was very nice and so kind. They was very welcoming even for it being just a interview. I love how family oriented it is in tompkins as well.
