The HR team was the first one to contact me and we had a call interview discussing about basic interview questions and introduction. The call went smooth in my opinion, had a great talk with the HR. She was super nice and informative. After days, got an invitation for interview with the user. It took 30 mins one way to Tokped tower from my office (1hr in total for 2 ways (PP)), and the interview only lasted for 5 minutes. I personally don't feel like my self and time are being appreciated. During the whole interview, the user was on her phone. It was very clear to me that she wanted to make the interview finish fast and literally said she was busy. I felt the interview did not go in depth at all. The questions asked were very very basic and can be asked through call if you don't really have time to pay attention to the candidate. Days later, got rejection letter and until now still confused what is the standard of their judgements since questions asked was not relevant at all. Well received though and thanks for the consideration. Wish Tokped the best. Please have SOP for interview since this experience will surely affect your image as company and hopefully other candidates don't have to experience what I had.
