I applied online through IMVU's jobsite and heard back in a couple of days via email. A phone interview was scheduled for the following week with the VP. The interview was not technical at all, I was asked a bunch of behavioural questions, why I wanted to work there, what I wanted out of my experience in working with them, etc. The interviewer was just going through a list of questions to ask me instead of trying to hold a conversation. It was easy, but I guess my answers didn't impress him because I was sent a rejection email a few days after.
