Interview panel of 3 people. They asked situational and competency based questions. I had an interview 3 weeks ago and have been ghosted, never to hear from them again. No feedback, no interview outcome, nothing! If this is Joe they treat potential candidates, I hate to imagine how they treat staff! Extremely disappointed for a supposed people first organisation who are supposed to care for people's wellbeing!
