The interview process has 3 steps min.
1 - hr and direct manager
2- general skillset test ( english , math, logic etc)
3- hr - direct manager and senior manager
Questions are based on your behaviour and technical skills.

Entrevista
You need to got an experience on automotive industry as designer or project chief before. Otherwise your university should have been a choosen one of Tofas. Also you need to explain your talents and expertise about the component as a R&D engineer.

Entrevista
At first you need to pass English exam which is not very hard. Recently, there are online questions that you need to answer in a time by talking to a camera. Then you will make an interview with the supervisor, manager, HR and finally director. If everything is OK, you will receive a personal character anaylsis and the offer.
