I was contacted by their recruiter and asked a few questions about my work history and what I was looking for in a company and position. Although I had applied for a different position they asked me to interview for a position that better fit my experience. I received a call a day or two later to come in for a face to face interview. I met with the CFO, Business Manager, HR, and the Recruiter. After the interview they check my references and once those were verified they called and made an offer.
