I was asked to do a work test that the team told me performed over expectations and the fellow programmers during the interview were super friendly, but I got the impression that the lead producer wanted to see me fail from the moment we entered the room. Afterwards I never even got a mail back to thank me for my time or anything, even though I was quite far along in the process.
