Entrevista
Phone screen followed by a four-hour, in-house consisting of six segments (individual or pair) with seven people in various roles.
Everyone was pleasant, welcoming, and professional. Most interviewers were conversational when asking questions and open when responding to questions.
Information learned:
Feel mature in their "Scrum process" but have mostly simply rebranded the traditional PMI project-based approach.
People are generally specialized and work in silos.
The code is often in an unusable state due to the lack of a potentially releasable product Increment each "Sprint".
Focused on deadlines and task completion over value and quality.
Complicated branching strategy similar to GitFlow.

Entrevista
The process began with a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter who was very helpful explaining the position, benefits, comp and location. Followed up with an onsite interview that gauged technical skills and cultural fit. Tour of the facility was also given.
