I was referred to them through a staffing agency. Typical interview with some general questions about my background as well as behavioral interview questions. Lasted about an hour. I was a little nervous at the beginning. But I felt like it went fairly decent but received a rejection email from the agency a couple of days later saying they went with another candidate. Not sure what went wrong because they were looking for a pretty specific type of experience, which I had. I actually recently interviewed with another organization for a permanent role almost identical to this one and was offered the job just a few hours after the interview. Another odd thing that happened was a few weeks after the interview the same agency that sent me the rejection called telling me the position was open. Not sure if it was back open because someone flaked or if it was still open and they never actually chose another candidate, just didn’t want me. I had to remind them I already interviewed and the recruiter kind of got attitude with me but then switched her tone and said she’d check with management to see if they want to speak with me again. Never heard from her again. Weird experience overall and probably dodged a bullet I guess.
