My main point of contact in the recruitment team in the Dublin office was very professional and helpful at every step.
Initial code screen, paired live with an engineer. Next round is a virtual onsite with longer more involved questions, paired with one engineer while you solve questions and discuss. About five hours of interviews in total in the next round.
They actually follow up and discuss your results with you, even if there is a negative outcome. It's really going above and beyond to do this, it needs to be called out. Toast are setting a good example.
