Initial screen with a recruiter, followed by a live code / technical interview with the hiring manager. I solved the code challenge in about ~15 minutes and then the manager wanted to discuss how to make it more performant/scalable. We agreed on a different approach (I did not code that) and he said they would be in touch and I never heard back.

Started with an initial recruiter screen to discuss role and background. Then a technical screen (leetcode easy-medium style question). Last round is a 5 interview panel, which included 3 technical interviews and 2 behavioral.
