Rigorous, 3-5 stage interview process lasting about two weeks with multiple recruiters/hiring managers. Stage one is phone screening and pretty basic. Second round consists of more pointed questions and a mock sales call/role play. Third round is a Zoom call with 3 different hiring managers.
