The interview consisted of 3 stages. The first stage was a phone screen with a recruiter. Nothing technical was asked or brought up, it was more about past experience and what attracted me to the role. The second stage was a remote technical interview using Hackerrank. I was given a greedy algorithm question that involved traversing an array. Important to know about time complexities here. The third stage was an exhausting 4 hours of back-to-back remote interviews. 3 technical interviews using Hackerrank, 1 general discussion with a Manager. Technical questions involved: - general problem-solving (no data structures / algorithms involved) - recursion - sockets programming, multi-threading and concurrency (disguised as an "architecture" interview) . Overall, a very comprehensive test of knowledge. Very little information was shared about what to expect in each interview, so that contributes to the challenge.
