1. Technical online test (MCQ + Essay technical) 2. IQ test + Skills review + Personality checks + Technical interview 3. (Supposed) HR interview All within approx 3 weeks. Interviewer and HR were both friendly and clear on instructions. Interviewer was patient as interview went on for about 2 hours.

There are two rounds of interviews. The first round include an IQ test, a personality test followed by face-to-face interview with an assistant manager. Most questions are technical and it covers a wide variety of questions including coding,algorithm,database,security and etc. The questions should not be too difficult for most programmers. The second round is with 2 managers. Less technical compared to the first round but more focus on personality and attitude. Basically they believed that technical skill can be easily trained and attitude matters more. Overall experience is good and they are quite efficient as the entire process from first interview to get the offer takes about 1 week only.
