I had an interview which lasted for approximately one hour. The conversation was pleasant and it was conducted in a friendly atmosphere. Questions were mainly related to my previous work experience. I gained the impression that principals were looking for a person who would fit their company's profile, i.e. who would start building a career from scratch and advancing through company's career path.
