Entrevista
es gibt 2 Gespräche. Das erste 30 minütige Gespräch ist mit dem Talent Aquisation team, welches dir typische fragen über dich selbst fragt und über das Unternehmen stellt. Wenn dies gut verlaufen ist konntest du am nächsten einstündigen Gespräch teilnehmen und diesmal mit dem Teamleiter. Das läuft dann nochmal so ähnlich ab, aber etwas ausführlicher und mehr auf den Job bezogen.
