The worst hiring process ever. First the hr calls you for interview without giving a full job description. When you go for interview at that time he goes to take out the print. Even after mentioning it 5 to 10 times that about the interested department and not sales he makes me take meeting with department head then director. The director offers 3 post for me to chose but when i chose the profile i was interested in then the HR refuses and sets a meeting with 4th department as they seem to be in need The entire process lasted for more than a month with many meetings and at the end they offer less than expected. They can't even give 10 percent hike in switch. When it was not in their budget they should have mentioned it before instead of wasting time. No coordination within the company. Highly unprofessional and incompetent people.
