Wasted my time waiting for the person scheduled to interview me. Late by over 12 mins. I reached out and provided my personal cell number, only for them to email me 2 mins later, stating is my number still a good number to call.. Either I'm dealing with Ai, or this individual was totally caught off guard by their own schedule and forgot we had an interview. Instead what occurred was me being told, she can hear me answering and i'm not saying anything. Mind you, I never received a single call! Where I come from, we call that "Gaslighting"... I once again provided my number and asked if I could call her directly. They did not provide that option, and never attempted to call my phone. I also never received another email. I waited 45 mins for a 15 min scheduled interview. Total waste of my time.. I feel this is a clear indication of this role and organization as a red flag, and I will gladly move on.
