The interview process lasted over two months and was not very transparent. Initially, there were three stages, but the final stage was unexpectedly split into two parts. After being told I passed and that they would reach out for the second part, I never heard back from the recruiter. Instead, I received a generic rejection email(from March Group email address), which felt odd given that I was already in the final phase. While the earlier discussions were insightful, clearer communication and better follow-up would improve the experience.
