Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Timken (Bengaluru) en jul 2019
Entrevista
The first round was aptitude + technical online test which was pretty easy.
The second round consisted of a telephonic call with four representatives of the company. They enquire on basic technical and HR questions.
The third round had 5 basic mechanical questions and they judge you based on whether you're fit for a sales job.
The final round is with the MD of Timken India. It has been the worst interview I've attended, ever. Questions on East India Company, Mughal Empire and Chancellor's of India will be asked. He said and I quote " You interned at a sick company so it's a bad internship" ( the company I had interned at 2 years ago is in bad waters now). The last question for me to land a job was to guess which state the MD is from. Since I had failed to answer that, he made my resume into a paper plane and said "Fly away, you're rejected". Such utterly unprofessional and immature behaviour from a man of high stature.
The technical sales interview at Timken went really well and was a great experience overall. I had the chance to learn more about the role, the team, and how technical sales fits into Timken’s broader mission, and the conversation left me feeling even more confident and excited about the opportunity.
