Went through the entire hiring process just for them to rescind my offer 2 business days before my start date due to company restructuring. Allegedly they decided they are no longer going to hire any BHAs for the next couple months which is alarming considering the other reviews about lack of staff. This completely came out of left field and put me in a completely horrible financial position. Group interview. Asked questions about professionalism and ethics. Also asked why I wanted to work there. Was offered job on the spot.
