I had a ten-minute chat with a recruiter working for Kaiser Permanente. She seemed happy to be conducting the interview and the whole experience was generally positive. She asked standard questions about my values, home town, and goals and overall didn't throw any curve balls. When the interview had ended I felt good about the whole thing.
