In my interview process, I first had a virtual interview where we discussed my current role, career goals, and what drew me to the brand. Following that, I had an in-person interview at a mall location with another store manager. During this meeting, I was asked to select some of my favorite outfits and then walk through the store floorplan, sharing my thoughts on what I liked and what I would change.

Tell them what they want to here. It’s all about 1st impressions. And don’t be too old. They will not hire you! It was pretty cut and dry. Being at the right place at the right time.
