Interview process potentially one of the best I’ve been into, first stage was with the hiring manager and second stage with the Head of HR and hiring manager. Overall a great experience, they were very open and honest with the business culture and what they want to achieve. I was invited then to a face to face meeting to know more about the role and if it was right for me. They’ve made sure I knew the strengths and weaknesses of it, it wasn’t all about me trying to sell them my skills and experience but a two way street.
