One of the worst interview experiences I have ever had. The interviewer was literally lying in bed during the interview, and I could even see her nightstand. She only asked me a few simple questions about my past experience and clearly wanted to wrap things up quickly. What was even more ridiculous was that she did not bother to introduce the role or the team at all until I brought it up at the very end of the interview. At that point she blurted out, “Ah! I forgot to tell you what our team does...” Yes, that was exactly what she said, which was unbelievable. I personally think the interviewer already had a candidate in mind, or the role had been filled internally, or maybe it was even canceled. Regardless of the reason, treating candidates with such an attitude is extremely disrespectful because we also spend time preparing and showing up for the interview.

Draggy, many rounds and not structured. Additional rounds being inserted last minute. The HR was nice at the start but did not seem transparent and got slightly passive aggressive towards the end of the process.
